vincent, 2nd boss of the MM
his family specializes in experimentation, weapon development and specialty assassinations.

jack is contracted to him to repay a debt, and is not part of the sworn family.


of the three bosses, he is considered the least distant and hostile. his family members are fiercely loyal, in contrast to the other families, his family has a number of vagabonds and street rats. It has the lowest percentage of 'born into the family' members.

he has an odd sense of humour, and enjoys making people feel uncomfortable.
