{10pt P2U base}

still trying to find a base style i like.... until then, it's likely i'll upload various pay to use bases (price depending on how much i like them).
sorry that's it P2U, but until i figure out how to make the download contain transparent .png, .sai, and .psd files any bases i submit will be P2U;; _{though i figure most of you can afford 10 anyway}

please note if any one of the rules are broken multiple times, i will take this base down and request that people stop using it.
